Today, I’m presenting my Happy Healthy Kidney Juice recipe, packed with fresh, vibrant ingredients that support kidney health and taste amazing.

I know firsthand how important it is to nourish your body—my health journey started after facing a serious kidney challenge. Since then, I’ve lost 140 pounds and focused on getting my body, including my kidneys, as healthy as possible. Over the past year, I’ve perfected this juice, full of ingredients that nourish and flush your beautiful hard working kidneys. I’m so excited to share it with you.

Ingredients

2 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 cucumber
½ cup parsley (a non-negotiable powerful kidney-supporting ingredient!)
½ green apple (seeds removed
1 lemon, peeled

Procedure

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Cut fruits and veggies into pieces that fit in the juicer’s chute.
  3. Run everything through the juicer.
  4. Stir and enjoy immediately!

This juice is a simple, refreshing way to give your kidneys the nutrients they need—plus, it actually tastes great! Cheers to your health!
