When a friend travels a long way to visit, it calls for something extra special—and this festive but easy nectarine, plum, and lime mocktail, is the perfect way to welcome a special guest. 

Bursting with the sweet flavors of nectarine, juicy plum, and a splash of zesty lime, all topped with sparkling mineral water, this refreshing drink is not only super simple to make but also guilt-free! This yummy drink is packed with vitamins, minerals, and hydration without the alcohol, extra calories or added sugar. 

Whether you’re celebrating with loved ones or need a quick hydrating and nutritious, natural pick-me-up, this mocktail is sure to impress. And you can enjoy this easy, delicious, refreshing and healthy mocktail without the guilt!

Ingredients

5 Nectarines 

4 Plums 

4 Limes 

1 16 oz bottle sparkling mineral water

Ice (optional)

Instructions

1) Wash and seed (but don’t remove the skin), of the nectarines and plums. Cut them into pieces that will fit in the chute of your juicer.

2) Wash and remove the peel of the lime. And cut it into pieces that will fit in the chute of the juicer.

3) With the juice catcher in place, turn on the machine and load all of the fruit into the chute.  

4) Once the juicer has done it’s work juicing the beautiful fruit, pour the juice into a pitcher, cover, and put it into the fridge till you are ready to serve it (best served as close to immediately as possible, but not always practical, so be sure to serve it within a few hours).

4) When you are ready to serve, if you are using ice, put the ice into a nice party glass and pour the juice into the glass and fill ½ way. Then top it off with the mineral water, garnish, and serve.
