Pick Me Up Juice: Nutritious, Delicious and Oh So Easy

(AKA BGTOL&C JUICE – Boost, Glow, Thrive, Optimize Life & Cleanse)

Revitalize Your Body with Every Sip

Watch this juicing demonstration on YouTube by clicking HERE.

Imagine starting your day with a burst of natural energy, clarity, and vibrancy. This powerful juice blend of Beet, Ginger, Turmeric, Orange, Lime, and Carrot is designed to awaken your senses and fuel your body from the inside out.

From the first sip, the earthy sweetness of beets and carrots delivers a nourishing boost, enhancing circulation, oxygen flow, and energy levels. Carrots add a subtle natural sweetness while providing a rich dose of beta-carotene, supporting eye health and promoting glowing skin.

Ginger’s warming zing ignites your digestive fire, easing bloating and supporting gut health, while turmeric’s golden glow quietly fights inflammation, helping your body feel lighter and more agile.

As citrusy orange and lime hit your palate, their tangy brightness refreshes your spirit while flooding your system with immune-boosting vitamin C.

The combined power of these nutrient-dense ingredients promotes sustained energy, sharper mental clarity, and improved overall well-being.

Drink this vibrant elixir and experience a surge of natural vitality that energizes your body, sharpens your mind, and fuels your inner glow. It’s more than just a juice — it’s a liquid recharge for your entire system.

Ingredients:

1 Beet, Organic  * See Cooks Note1

1″ Ginger Root, Organic

1″ Turmeric Root, Organic * See Cooks Note1

2 Carrots, Organic

1 Large Orange (or 2 smalls), Organic

2 Limes, Organic

Procedure

1. Wash all ingredients in cold water, set aside.

2. Peel Orange and Lime, set aside.

3. Cut all ingredients into pieces that will fit through the chute of your juicer.

4. Run through the juicer in the order listed above, and then pour into a favorite glass and enjoy!

This recipe makes enough for two people. You can store any extra in the fridge for a day or so, but it’s best (most nutritious) to drink immediately after juicing.

*Cooks Note1: Beets and turmeric are both very staining ingredients. Take care not to get any on your clothing or counter tops. I suggest wearing an apron if you are a messy juicer like me. If you do get it on your counter top, wipe it immediately. If you get it on your clothes, I’m sorry, I’ve not found anything that takes it out.

Cheers!
