About
For women who are tired of starting over and ready to build real health from the inside out.
Noble Alchemy is about real food, body awareness, movement, mindset, and learning to listen to your body without extremes, quick fixes, or another round of fad dieting. This is for women who are ready to stop chasing the next plan and start creating a healthier lifestyle that actually works in real life.
If that resonates you, you are in the right place.
One day I stared at myself in the mirror and thought, How did this happen to me? At my heaviest, I weighed 270 pounds, and I didn’t recognize myself—not just in how I looked, but in how I was living. If you’ve ever had that moment, I see you. It’s uncomfortable, confronting, and easy to be stuck there longer than you want to admit.
But after losing 140 pounds during menopause, I learned that lasting health is not built by punishing the body into submission. It is built by learning how to work with your body through food, movement, mindset, self-awareness, and daily choices that actually fit your life. That is the heart of Noble Alchemy.
I chose the name Noble Alchemy because this work is about transformation, but not in the quick-fix, overnight, “new you by Friday” kind of way. It is about taking the raw material of real life—your habits, your choices, your body signals, your struggles, your wake-up calls—and turning them into something stronger, healthier, and more honest. To me, that is the real alchemy: changing the way you live by learning how to come back to your body with respect, awareness, and intention.
Here I share real-food recipes, health articles, YouTube cooking demos, free and paid resources, product discounts, and the lessons I learned on my own health journey. My book, The Awakened Body, goes deeper into that journey and the practices that helped me stop living outside my body and start listening to what it had been trying to tell me.
I’m also a Fast Like A Girl Certified Coach, which feels like a natural next step in the work I already do. This certification gives me more tools to explore fasting, hormonal awareness, blood sugar balance, energy, and metabolic health while staying rooted in the same message I’ve always believed: real health starts with listening to your amazing body.
If you’re tired of starting over again, I want to help you look at the whole picture—not just what you eat or how much you exercise, but how your habits, mindset, body signals, hormones, stress, and daily choices may all be working together. Your path will not look exactly like mine, because your body and your life are your own. The goal is to help you understand what is shaping your health so you can make more informed choices and build a healthier relationship with your body, food, movement, and weight.

Fresh Whole Foods
Fresh, whole foods became one of the biggest turning points in my own health journey, but it took plenty of trial and error to figure out what was truly healthy and what was simply wearing a convincing label.
Here, I share real-food recipes, practical food guidance, and articles that take a closer look at ingredients, labels, and the foods that can support better health. The goal is not to make healthy eating feel restrictive. It is to help you better understand real food and show you how to make real food that tastes delicious.
Visit the blog to explore articles about real food, or head to the Recipes section for meals, sauces, soups, smoothies, and more. Nearly every recipe includes a cooking demo and a free printable version, so you can watch it, make it, and save it for later.

Movement
Meet Olive. She was a big part of my health journey and the queen of getting me out the door. Those “what about me?” eyes made it nearly impossible to skip a walk, and she taught me how much the right kind of movement—and a little accountability—can help turn good intentions into consistent action.
Movement is about far more than burning calories or shaping the body. It can support your mood, energy, hormones, confidence, and the way you feel in your own skin. The key is finding movement that works for your body and your life, because when you enjoy what you are doing and how it makes you feel, you are far more likely to keep doing it.
Whether you already move every day but are not getting the results you want, or you have not moved consistently in years, I can help you explore a more supportive path forward. Click the Start the Conversation button below to get started.

Tune Inward
Your body is constantly communicating with you, but stress, busy schedules, and constant noise can make those signals hard to hear.
Part of tuning inward is recognizing when your nervous system is in fight-or-flight mode—or when overwhelm has left you feeling shut down, numb, disconnected, or unable to act. Learning to notice those patterns can help you understand what is happening beneath the surface and reconnect with your body.
If you feel stuck or unsure how to begin, I can help you explore what may be getting in the way and find a path forward that works for you. Click the Start the Conversation button below to get started.
