For anyone tired of starting over and ready to build real health from the inside out.
Noble Alchemy is about real food, body awareness, joyful movement, and learning to listen to your body without extremes, quick fixes, or another round of fad dieting.

If that’s you, you’re in the right place. You can join the tribe to get a weekly shot of wellness—recipes, mindset, and simple strategies that actually stick—delivered straight to your inbox.

If you’re tired of starting over, I’ll share what worked for me and help you find your own way forward.

One day I stared at myself in the mirror and thought, How did this happen to me? At my heaviest, I weighed 270 pounds, and I didn’t recognize myself—not just in how I looked, but in how I was living. If you’ve ever had that moment, I see you. It’s uncomfortable, confronting, and easy to feel stuck there longer than you want to admit.

I didn’t figure this out in my 20s, 30’s or even my early 40s. I figured it out when I stopped lying to myself and started showing up.

I tried the diets, the quick fixes, and the “this time will be different” plans. Some worked for a while, most didn’t.

Then a preventable health scare landed me in the hospital. That was my wake-up call—not because I suddenly had the perfect plan, but because I finally stopped fighting my body and started listening to it. That’s what set me on a different path.

Over time, I lost 140 pounds and have kept it off for more than a decade. But here’s what most people miss: I didn’t lose the weight because I focused on weight loss. I lost the weight because I focused on my health. That shift made it sustainable.

Instead of chasing smaller numbers on a scale, I started asking better questions. What does my body need? What actually fuels me? What supports energy, strength, and long-term health? When I focused on those things, the weight took care of itself. More importantly, I built something that lasts.

I built strength, found clarity, and learned how to work with my body instead of against it. And here’s the truth most people don’t tell you: you don’t need another diet. You just need a different relationship with your body.

That’s what Noble Alchemy is about.

Through Noble Alchemy, I share what worked for me, along with real-world ideas you can actually try and adapt in a way that works for you.

No rules or rigid prescriptions, no extremes—just real food, real movement, and real change built one decision at a time. You’ll find weekly blog posts, links to my healthy cooking demos on YouTube, recipes, and practical tools and strategies you can actually use in your everyday life.

If this resonates, you’ll want what’s coming next—join the tribe HERE and stay connected.

Why the name “Noble Alchemy”?

Noble reflects the way I believe we deserve to approach our health: with dignity, integrity, courage, and respect for the body instead of punishment.

Alchemy speaks to the transformation that happens when science, real food, movement, mindset, self-trust, and consistent choices come together to turn ordinary daily decisions into real healing and change. It can feel a little like magic, even when you know it is really your body responding to being supported instead of fought.

That before-and-after photo is not there to say, “Hey, look at me.” It’s there as proof that change is possible. What matters most is what you don’t see in the photo: the peace that came from listening to my body, the self-trust I rebuilt along the way, and the quiet confidence of knowing I can do hard things and keep showing up for myself. That’s what can happen when you choose you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You need a starting point and the willingness to follow through. If you’re ready for that, join the tribe and I’ll meet you there.

I share more about that journey—and what I learned along the way—in my book, The Awakened Body.

Fresh Whole Foods

Think you’re eating healthy? You might be surprised at how much junk is hiding in plain sight—disguised as food.

No more fake “healthy” choices. No more junk dressed up as nourishment. Just real, healthy food that fuels your body and actually tastes good.

Healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive—it just has to be real. From simple meals to sauces, soups, and everything in between—it’s all built around real food and real life.

I break this down in my cooking demos on YouTube, where you can see exactly how I use real ingredients to create simple, healthy meals you can make yourself.

Head over to my YouTube channel and see how healthy eating can actually taste delicious.

Movement

Meet Olive, my Lab/Shepherd mix. She may have had a little gray on her muzzle, but she was always the queen of getting me out the door. Those “what about me?” eyes made it nearly impossible to skip a walk—and that was the point.

Olive has since passed, but what she gave me—the habit of showing up, the consistency, and the reminder to move even when I didn’t feel like it—has stayed with me.

An accountability partner (2 or 4-legged) can be the difference between good intentions and actually following through. When you find movement you enjoy, it stops feeling like “exercise” and starts feeling like something you want to do.

I share more about how Olive became one of my best accountability partners—and how that helped me make joyful movement part of my daily life.

I’m here to help

There’s no shortcut to real health, but having honest support, practical tools, and someone who understands the process can make the path feel clearer and less overwhelming.

Right now, I share what I’ve learned through health articles, real-food recipes, YouTube cooking demos, free resources, and my book, The Awakened Body. And if something in my story or my work speaks to you and you feel like you need support, you’re welcome to reach out.

Noble Alchemy will continue to grow, and more formal ways to work together may come later. For now, if you’re ready to start rebuilding your relationship with food, movement, mindset, and your body, we can certainly have a conversation. Just click the button below to get things started.

Tune Inward

Your body is constantly communicating with you—sending signals about what it needs, what it rejects, and how it’s responding to the choices you make. But with jam-packed schedules, constant input, and the noise of everyday life, most people don’t even notice the messages.

When you slow down and give yourself the space to listen, you start to recognize patterns: the foods that energize you versus the ones that drain you, the movement your body craves, and the moments when stress or imbalance is asking for attention. This awareness is the foundation of lasting health.

I’m currently creating a guided meditation and a simple breathwork practice to help you reconnect with your body and actually hear what it’s telling you.

Do you want me to send the meditations to you when they’re available? Sign up below and I’ll make sure you receive them.
